Wastemen will arrive to your site and find the best place to store your waste, you simply call us when you have a full load, (or are using our multi-load service) and we can gaurantee a time and date of collection, within 24hrs of your call.
All our vehicles are access friendly so where accesibility is an issue with a skip lorry, we can offer many alternatives. We supply a driver and an expert stacker who will assure you get the most amount of rubbish on the vehicle by "stacking" (LINK TO STACKING EXPLANATION AND PICS) THEY WILL ALSO ENSURE OUR VEHICLES GET LOADED IN THE QUIETEST, QUICKEST, SAFEST AND MOST COST-EFFICIENT WAY POSSIBLE.
WITH FULL LOADS, LABOUR MUST BE PROVIDED, WHETHER IT BE BY US, OR YOU, TWO MEN CAN NOT LOAD THE AMOUNT WE TAKE!!!! (half hour loading time is given).
WAIT AND LOADS
The best way to remove rubbish, when dealing on a mass scale. We simply arrive on site, with two loaders who will stack your vehicle whilst labour remove rubbish from roadside or site, on to our access friendly 15 cubic yard wait and load vehicle.
This is where two of our trained staff will help load & "stack", on to one of our purpose built, access friendly vehicles, whilst labour (which can be provided by us, or you) help move your waste from site, to vechicle.
NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN IF LOAD IS EXTORTATIONATELY HEAVY OR LARGE
Due to the amount we take, if a load is heavy or has large items, our two staff will struggle to load it quickly, and efficiently, within health & safety regulations.
We can remove more than two 7 yards skips worth of waste, in one of our wait & load vehicles. On top of that, the price is similar to your average single 7 yard skip.
With Wastemen Ltd's trained staff, combined with labour, our vehicles can arrive, load, and be gone within 15-20 minutes, full capacity. Your first 30 minutes are free, and 50p per minute there after.
MULTI COLLECTION SERVICE
If you haven't got a full load on one of your sites, but have other job locations, Wastemen offer a facility where we can go to multiple sites and collect any other waste, until either you have no remaining waste, or our vehicle is full!
It doesn't matter if you can't fill one of our purpose built vehicles, as we take single items, and quarter and half load facility.
SCRAP & CAR COLLECTION
If you have scrap metal waste. Prices vary from free for the cheaper metals, however, for non-ferrous (e.g. copper, lead etc) metals we offer a "50/50" service where we will take your scrap to a metal recycling centre where it will be sold, and Wastemen Ltd will send you a receipt and cheque for half of the amount. Wastemen can also remove vehicles.
PROPERTY CLEARANCE SERVICE
Wastemen Ltd's trained team, will come to your property, whether it be a building needing clearance for new tennants, a garden filled with old waste, a garage full of collected junk, we will remove everything you require us to, in a careful and quiet manner, providing a professional and cost-efficient way, using many waste transfer stations for recycling waste, built on 25 years relationships.
PICKUP & DELIVERY SERVICE
Whether you need building materials on site, or tools moved from job to job, just arrange collection with Wastemen, or order the materials and we'll deliver it, charging just a haulage rate.
MULTI VEHICLE COLLECTIONS
If you have large rip-outs or large amounts of waste, this is ideal for you.... We can provide many vehicles so whilst your labourers are loading one of our access friendly vehicles, there will be another waiting, or en route to your site so waste will be constantly removed, ensuring nothing dangerous is unecessarily left on on site.
GRAB LOADS
If you have heavy waste that needs to be "grabbed", we can offer this service.
We offer a 4, 6 and 8 wheel grab lorry facility, at a very competetitive price.
Please be aware accessibility must be easy in order to use this service.
HARDCORE LOADS
If you have clean heavy waste (i.e. ceramics, bricks etc) we can offer very competitive prices, whether it be small amounts using our access friendly vehicles, or large amounts using a grab lorry.
MIXED RUBBISH LOADS
Due to us recycling 80% of our waste, and having many contacts built over 25 years worth of relationships in the waste industry, we can offer very competetive prices on mixed light & heavy rubbish.
LIGHT RUBBISH
We use many different sites to recycle and tip our waste. Wastemen is built on 25 years relationships with 3 or 4 major waste transfer stations, and for obscure jobs, we have many slightly smaller, local stations, where we will have 10-12 guys who jump on board and literally strip the load for anything that can be recycled, re-used etc. This ensures we can offer our customers the best price.
SO if you have a light load, labour won't need to be provided, due to it being easier to load vehicle. Having seperated waste is a big factor in why we can offer such competetive prices.
WOOD RECYCLING
All of our clean wood loads are tipped at recyling centres.
We offer a very competitive price for clean wood loads, and leave you happy with the knowledge that your woods are being recycled and used again, whilst doing your bit for the environment!
LABOUR AND PREPERATION SERVICE
If you don't have the time to prepare (i.e. bag, sort etc), why not let your staff create the waste, and ours will bag it and prepare for our vehicles arrival. This assures you are ready for our collection and the waste is prepared correctly, and it doesn't cost your staff any time whilst working.

Simply call our emergency number and we'll send our 24Hr team to collect the waste. (This applies to all services)
24 HOUR FLY TIPPING RESPONSE & INVESTIGATION TEAM
If you have had waste "fly-tipped" on your property, road or land, we can help.
First, we will send a smaller response vehicle with trained staff to investigate and move any waste out of harms way, or away from any obstruction.
Our experts will then assess the waste and we'll send another purpose-built vehicle & staff to collect.
THIS IS A RESPONSE TEAM AND WILL BE SENT ON YOUR CALL.
Because of new duty of care requirements, any identifiable waste can be quickly tracked back to source, so although there may be an ititial cost, you will be able to re-claim any damages back through the offending party.
SKIPS
Although Wastemen can organize skip hire, we STRONGLY advise against this.
This is because:
The majority of skip companies send all their skips straight to landfill. This is very damaging to our environment.
Skips are extortionately expensive for what little space you are getting.
They are unattractive in any location.
They take up unecessary and valuble space.
Because Skips are so expensive, many people find that someone elses waste has been tucked away beneath.
Skip permits are becoming increasingly expensive.
Skips are a true health hazard and danger if moving in an incorrect way.
VOID CLEARANCES
Wastemen aim to maximise and optimise their customers use and occupation of properties, to reduce homelessness and meet housing needs, by offering a "Void Clearance service". We aim to maximise our clients rental income by ensuring the quick turnaround of void properties.
We ensure that void properties are cleared of rubbish, and left in an acceptable and hygienic state, to ensure the shortest possible relet time.
The outgoing tenant should ensure that the property is cleared of any furniture or unwanted items on termination of tenancy. If rubbish is left in the property, it will be disposed of by the Labourers.
SOFT RIP-OUTS
Wastemen not only remove waste, we also offer an experienced soft rip-out service. We have additional members to our team who are highly trained within the soft rip-out, and light demolition industry.
This service enables our customers to have a one-call option from rip-out through removal of waste, up to refurbishment stage.
LINK TO "STACKING"
"Stacking" is a vital part of what we do. It guarantees the full capacity of our vehicle gets used. We make sure everything fits in place where possible. It allows you to get in and around 30% extra than just loading it on, although in some instances, "stacking" is not needed.
Wastemen Ltd prides itself on stacking. Where labour would usually just throw waste into a skip, thus not utilising all available space. (In fact, you lose an average 30%).
Wastemen hand place items onto the vehicle, rather than just throw. So, where a door wouldn't fit into a 7 yard skip, our purpose built vehicles will take many, stacking flat like a jigsaw, so all space is used.
